OUR RESPONSE TO COVID-19

Dear Valued Customer,

At Kitchen Joint, we continue to closely monitor the COVID-19 situation to ensure the safety and well-being of our customers, Suppliers and employees and adjust our operations accordingly.

As concerns about the spread of the coronavirus COVID-19 increase, we have put in place the following plans; 

Working remotely and staying connected

Our team is well equipped with the right tools and resources to work normal business hours as we work from home to fulfill your orders.


Shipping

We will continue to follow our normal shipping procedures which allows us to use diverse reliable shipping options. During this time, we are however selective with the shipping partners we use. As a result of this, kindly anticipate some delays with your Order shipments.

Shipping Packages

Some of our Customers have  expressed concerns regarding possibility of the virus staying on packages, Coronaviruses are generally thought to be spread most often by respiratory droplets. Currently there is no evidence to support transmission of COVID-19 associated with imported goods and there have not been any known cases of transmission of COVID-19 from Shipment Packages. 

In addition, Logistics Companies, Courier services and postal services are following disinfecting guidelines as stipulated by the appropriate health authorities. For the latest updates, please see WHO COVID-19

As the situation evolves, we will continue to monitor and adjust our pandemic action plan accordingly. The health of our Customers, Employees and Partners is our utmost concern and we will ensure our processes are adjusted with your safety in mind.
